get-workouts: Get a paginated list of all workouts (gym sessions), newest first. Returns workout ID, title, description, start/end times, and full exercise data (exercise name, sets with weight/reps). WHEN TO USE: User asks "show my workouts", "what did I do this week?", "list my recent gym sessions", "how many times did I work out?", "what was my last workout?". CRITICAL: The HEVY API has NO search, NO date filter, NO exercise filter on workouts. Only pagination is supported (max 10 per page). To find workouts from a specific date range, you must paginate through results and check startTime yourself. STEP-BY-STEP to find a workout from last week: 1. Call get-workout-count to know total pages. 2. Call get-workouts with page=1, pageSize=10 (newest first). 3. Check startTime on each workout. If none match, increment page and repeat. EXAMPLES: "Show my last 5 workouts" -> page=1, pageSize=5 "Show me all my workouts" -> page=1, pageSize=10, then page=2, etc.

get-exercise-history: Get the history of a specific exercise across all workouts. Useful for tracking progress over time — shows weights, reps, and dates for each time the exercise was performed. Returns one row per set (not per workout), so a workout with 3 sets of bench press returns 3 entries. Supports date range filtering via startDate/endDate. This is the ONLY HEVY listing endpoint that supports date filtering.

create-workout: Create a new workout (recorded gym session) in HEVY. Returns the created workout with computed stats (totalSets, totalReps, totalVolumeKg). WHEN TO USE: User asks "log a workout", "record my gym session", "add a chest day workout", "I just did 3 sets of bench press, log it". CRITICAL: You MUST know exerciseTemplateId for each exercise. Call get-exercise-templates FIRST to find the correct IDs. Do NOT guess exercise template IDs. WRONG: exerciseTemplateId="bench-press" (this is NOT a valid ID). CORRECT: exerciseTemplateId="D04AC939" (actual ID from get-exercise-templates). STEP-BY-STEP to log a workout: 1. Call get-exercise-templates (pageSize=100) to find exercise IDs by scanning titles. 2. Build exercises array with the found exerciseTemplateIds and sets. 3. Call create-workout with title, startTime, endTime, and exercises. HEVY CONCEPTS: A Workout is a recorded session (what you did). A Routine is a plan/template (what you intend to do). Set types: "normal" (working set), "warmup" (lighter warmup), "dropset" (reduced weight), "failure" (to failure). Times MUST be ISO 8601 with Z suffix. Weight is always in kg. get-routines: Get a paginated list of workout routines (planned workout templates). Returns routine ID, title, notes, folder ID, and the exercises/sets defined in each routine. WHEN TO USE: User asks "show my routines", "what workout plans do I have?", "list my programs", "what does my push day routine look like?", "which routines are in my PPL folder?". HEVY CONCEPTS: A Routine is a plan/template for a workout. A Workout is an actual recorded session. Routines can be organized into folders (see get-routine-folders). CRITICAL: No filtering by folder is supported. All routines are returned regardless of folder. To find routines in a specific folder, paginate through results and match folderId. Max 10 per page. Cannot delete or move routines between folders via API — users must do this in the HEVY app. EXAMPLES: "Show all my routines" -> page=1, pageSize=10 "What routines do I have?" -> page=1, pageSize=10, then page=2 if more exist.

get-workout-count: Get the total number of workouts recorded in the account. Returns a single count number. WHEN TO USE: User asks "how many workouts have I done?", "how many gym sessions total?", "what is my workout count?", or when you need to calculate total pages for get-workouts pagination. STEP-BY-STEP for pagination: Total pages = Math.ceil(count / pageSize). EXAMPLE: If count=47 and pageSize=10, you need 5 pages to see all workouts.
