WHEN TO USE: User asks "show me my budget overview", "give me a full summary of my budget", or you need multiple entity types at once. CRITICAL: This returns a LARGE response with everything. If you only need accounts, use get-accounts instead. If you only need categories, use get-categories. get-transactions: List transactions for a budget with optional date and type filters. Returns transaction date, amount, payee, category, account, memo, cleared status, and flag.
